約3か月間のプログラムをすべて終えればなんと、

新型コロナウィルス感染症については、
感染症法上の位置づけが２類から５類に移行し約２ヶ月が経過しました。
６月から８月にかけては、種々のウィルス、細菌による感染症が増加する季節です。
実際、新型コロナウィルス感染症だけではなく、
食中毒、麻疹（はしか）、季節外れのインフルエンザ、その他さまざまな感染症が流行しています。
保健センターにも、発熱や風邪症状など、体調不良を訴え受診する人が増えています。

手洗い、うがい、換気といった基本的な感染対策は継続していただき、体調管理には十分努めましょう。
また、これから暑さも本格化します。
こまめに水分補給し、熱中症予防も行ってください。

期末試験や夏休みを前に体調を崩さないよう、ひとりひとりが健康的に過ごせるよう気を付けましょう。

卒煙グループメンバーとのオンライン懇談などを実施。

保健センターでは、禁煙外来を設けています。医師のサポートを受けながら卒煙に取り組みませんか。
約3か月間かけて全5回の診療を行います。本学学生を対象に、終了後は禁煙外来にかかった診療費を全額補助します！！

2023年 4月4日(火)、5日(水)、6日(木)

所属校地での受診となります。健診日時は性別、学年、学部、研究科、学籍番号により指定されています。必ず「2023年度学生定期健康診断日程表」を確認してください。
指定日時に受診できない場合は、同性枠であれば受診可能です。（他校地での受診も可）
受診にあたり介助や更衣による配慮が必要な方は、事前に所属校地の保健センターへご連絡ください。個別対応いたします。

健診を受ける前に

1. 健診日程、受診票などは下記の〔関連書類〕より確認してください。
2. 「受診票」は必ずA4サイズで印刷してください。必要事項を記入のうえ健診当日に持参してください。
3. 学部より配布された尿検査キットの使用方法は〔関連書類〕の「採尿方法と提出日」を参照してください。

• 体調不良の場合は、本学HP新型コロナ感染症拡大防止の手引きの「出校可否についてのフローチャート」を確認してください。該当する場合は受診できません。

The date and time of health examination are divided by the gender, grade, faculty, and student ID number.
Please be sure to check the “Health Examinetion Schedule”.
If you need consideration, please contact us in advance.
We will respond individually.

Before a health examination

1. Please download the schedule of the health examination and the health examination form the 〔Related　Documents〕 below. .
2. Plint the Health Examination Form in A4 size,fill in the necessary items,and bring it with you on the day of the health examination.
3. For details about how to use the urinalysis kits distributed by your faculty, check "Urine collection and submission dates" in the related materials.
