【Imadegawa Campus】March 28 (Tue.) - April 3 (Mon.), 2023 * Sundays are excluded.

【Kyotanabe Campus】March 31 (Fri.) - April 3 (Mon.), 2023 * Sundays are excluded.

Please have a health examination at the campus you belong to.
The date and time of health examination are divided by the gender, grade, faculty, and student ID number.
Please be sure to check the "Health Examination Schedule".
If you need consideration, please contact us in adbance.

Before a health examination

①Please check the related documents for details.
Download the“Health Examinetion Form ,Health Examinetion Guide ,Health Examinetion Schedule”for annual health examination”from 〔Related　Documents〕.
②Plint the“Health Examination Form”in A4 size ,fill in the necessary items ,and bring it with you on the day of the health examination.

Day of health examination

・If you have any doubts about your physical condition, be sure to follow the “ Flowchart of whether or not you are allowed to come to the campus”.
